Ministry to children and their families is one of the most rewarding adventures in the church. But what happens when the journey gets hard? When there is discord in your church body? When families leave? When you don’t feel support from your church leadership? Our goal in this lab is to identify how to navigate through difficult seasons, to hear that we are not alone when they come, and to learn strategies to successfully bring joy back into ministry.
